Open Enrollment for the 2019-2020 is available NOW for rising 6th – 12th graders!

Open Enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year will run from
Monday, December 3, 2018, 9:00 am through Friday, February 1, 2019, 5:00 pm.

The lottery draw will take place
on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 10:00 am at the school.

Families are invited but not required to attend the lottery.

Enrollment Information:

1. Tapestry will serve students in grades 6 – 12 in the 2019-2020 school year.
2. Tapestry is a public charter school authorized by the DeKalb County School District. Any student residing in the DeKalb County School District in grades 6 – 12 is eligible to attend, subject to lottery and seat availability. Please note that parts of Atlanta and Decatur are also in DeKalb County, but they are zoned for Atlanta Public Schools and City of Decatur Schools respectively. In order for your child to attend Tapestry, you must provide proof that you live in the DeKalb County School District.
3. Current Tapestry students do NOT need to reapply online. However, you must complete an Intent to Return form that will be sent by the Registrar.
4. All prospective new students must complete an online application. This includes siblings of current students and children of full-time employees or board members.
5. Students who applied and were waitlisted for 2018-2019 must reapply for 2019-2020.
6. Please complete one application for each student.
