My name is Daisha Outar. This year I have the pleasure of co-teaching 6th grade English language arts and social studies. This is my eighth year in Special Education. I was born and raised in California, and I’ve also had the wonderful experience of living in Hawaii for four years. In 2008, I moved to Georgia with my family and finished my education at the University of Georgia with a degree in history. I have always wanted to teach children, and started my teaching career in Gwinnett County before moving to DeKalb County. My husband and I and our five children currently reside in Lawrenceville.
