I was born in Poughkeepsie, New York and moved to the Orlando area when I was twelve. I graduated from Lake Mary High School in 2011 where I discovered my love for the Spanish language.
I majored in Spanish Language and Culture at the New College of Florida, where I graduated in 2015. Since graduating from college, I have worked as a teacher for seven years and taught mainly Spanish, music, English and history. I taught ESL in Madrid, Spain during the 2017-2018 school year. This is my fourth year at Tapestry and I’m looking forward to helping continue developing the Spanish program here.
In my free time, I like to play with my dog, exercise, watch baseball, play guitar, play drums in my band, and, of course, practice my Spanish.
